We are now looking to employ a Head of Business Development Foreign Offices to join our team as we continue to expand our worldwide operations.
Description of the Position
- Working together with Regional Managers to oversee and manage international offices on a global basis.
- Provide local offices with operational and sales assistance, as well as regular performance monitoring to verify they are meeting the company's goals.
- Contribute to the Company's network development by introducing new affiliates and Introducing Brokers.
- Hire local salespeople aggressively.
- Follow Senior Management's instructions as well as local compliance regulations.
Person Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a comparable discipline
- 3 years of sales/business development management expertise and a demonstrated track record of sales accomplishments
- Prior expertise in the financial services, foreign exchange, or binary options markets is required.
- Excellent oral and written English language skills Strong leadership and influencing abilities
- Communication abilities that are exceptional
- Ability to spend at least half of his/her working time in another country
